Our mission
Allergic rhinitis affects hundreds of millions of people, yet most of them live with it for years without a clear plan. We exist to change that: accurate, readable information; practical interactive tools; and honest guidance on treatment — free, for anyone who needs it.
What makes this site different
- Evidence-first. Content is built around international guidelines and peer-reviewed research, not trends or product marketing.
- Plain language. No jargon for its own sake — if a medical term is needed, we explain it.
- Tools, not just text. Quizzes, trigger finders, pollen calendars and symptom tracking turn knowledge into action.
- Independence. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed and never influence medical content.

- No user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for — tools work anonymously.
- Language choice is stored in your browser only, to respect your preference.
- Third parties. If analytics or advertising are added in the future, they will follow applicable law (including GDPR for EU visitors and CCPA for California) and this policy will be updated.
- Affiliate disclosure. Product links on the Shop page may be affiliate links; we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences our content.
